Hi all,
I started application of Indus Rupay CC and it was not completed.
During this time, I had to change the linked phone number with my Aadhaar ID.
Now it won't allow me to continue the application as the phone number linked with Aadhaar is changed.
There is no option to start a fresh application.
I tried mailing Indus CC team (2 times) and they weren't able to understand the issue.
What can be done now? Is there any way in which I can apply online or do I have to visit the branch now?
I am new CC user and already have Amazon Pay ICICI CC, was looking for a Rupay Card for UPI payments.
Any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.
