I messed up application of Indus Rupay CC

Hi all,
I started application of Indus Rupay CC and it was not completed.

During this time, I had to change the linked phone number with my Aadhaar ID.

Now it won't allow me to continue the application as the phone number linked with Aadhaar is changed.

There is no option to start a fresh application.

I tried mailing Indus CC team (2 times) and they weren't able to understand the issue.

What can be done now? Is there any way in which I can apply online or do I have to visit the branch now?

I am new CC user and already have Amazon Pay ICICI CC, was looking for a Rupay Card for UPI payments.

Any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.

Why do you want Indusind Rupay credit card? Take Kiwi Yes bank credit card. It will give 2% worth rewards for a year.

Why do you want Indusind Rupay credit card? Take Kiwi Yes bank credit card. It will give 2% worth rewards for a year.

I think Indusind Rupay Platinum credit card incur 0% charges for rent payment.

reliable fully..using 2months

Its only about two weeks. Have been doing about 5-6 UPI merchant transactions per day, no issues so far.

Indusind bank is SBI of Private Banks.....It seems indusind customer care executives are ex-employees of SBI or same agency is handing the back-end of both SBI and IIB...They are complete dumb and just send standard reply without going through email.

Customer service is not good otherwise Using from last 3 months & usage wise it is good....Did almost 250 transactions...Not even single transaction failed till date. Paid Kiwi commenters are spreading rumors about high failure on Indusind rupay CC
