Hello I am using axis ace card and Samsung infinite Creditcard I want visara infinite Creditcard I called customer care to upgrade to vistara infinite card they said not eligible for vistara infinite Creditcard how can I get that card when applying in website card the application rejected 3 times but I want that card how?

Upgrade rarely happens, since you have the other two cards, you should be good to go with the Infinite card as well.

Just apply online or through an agent if you want C2C application.

Firstly, I suggest you to get Axis Vistara Signature and after 3-4 months of having that card so, then call customer care to cancel two cards and then tell them if you can update my Signature card to Infinite then you can retain the other card as well.

Of course, upgrade to Vistara platinum card and within 10-15 days call and ask again for Infinite upgrade. Please ensure your new card reflects in the app on call, sometimes they ask to enter OTP and they say it will be upgraded in 7-14 days. But this doesn't happen it's an instant on call process only.
