ICICI account holder name validation

In icici app while adding a payee, there's a option called "ISafe" which validates the name of the account holder using their account number but it's a chargeable service and costs 99 , but does any one know if it's a one time fee or they charge 99 per validation per payee while adding payee?

99 per payee.. I feel it's not that useful until u want to do a foreign bank transfer
