Icici app stuck after asking feedback about App

I’m not complaining or something, it seems funny to me, that the app stuck while taking feedback about how it’s performing. I actually gave 9/10 for icici app, but it stuck at submit page, negating my rating. Not just icici, most of the psu & few private banks stuck at feedback submit option, after asking everything out there, when we click on submit button it won’t work, especially PNB.

Idk whether this kinda Post already posted(it doesn’t come up in suggestions). So merge it , if same thread exists tnq

These days my ICICI app also wants to do mischief, don't know what the issue is but is has become very slow on unresponsive. I recently updated my phone to Android 14, maybe that can be an issue. Will try reinstalling the app and see if it fixes the issue.

You can still give them 1 star in play store /appstore. They'll be happy they recieved feedback
