My auto debit is stopped by me since last 7 years, now I received renewal card after existing card expiry, this time I pay by HDFC platinum debit card on 1st apr bt payment realised on 5th and due dt was 4th Apr, so they charged me 500+GST for failure of auto debit (may b activated by default on renewed car, bt its banks fault that they not intimate me abt activation of this service) nw I request them for reversal, any other solution pl
