am upgrade mmt dual but have all ready old signature and platinum card after 3 billing cycles auto cancel mmt signature LTF AND ICICI mmt platinum LTF AND customer care told me if you card upgrade to new card then old card cancel ask me why not mention applied time not replay and misguide any one facing same issue

Yes. Mine too cancelled. They have neither mentioned it is an upgrade nor the old signature card will be cancelled.
