Saw this ad on LinkedIn where ICICI is offering LTF credit cards for corporate employees.

Clicking on it takes you to a page where it asks for company name and salary range. Based on these inputs, it suggests the LTF card.
From here, it's a typical credit card application process. You would know which card you are applying for and if ICICI is offering anything lesser than that in the end, then you could refuse or negotiate for the card that was shown to you before applying.
