ICICI cc application process

I have applied for ICICI coral credit card. Then I checked my application status, it shows 2 application nos. One shows application completed and another one shows vkyc pending. So is this application completed or should I do vkyc?. And ICICI cc vkyc portal Just not working. Frnds help me with that🙂
