ICICI CC rewards redemption handling fee

Can someone let me know what is this charge? Reward redemption handling fee and respective taxes ?

I haven't redeemed any reward points, heck, I haven't used my CC for last 5-6 months.

I too got such charges last year and branch confirmed that it’s not for cc it’s savings acc/debit card which I redeemed some payback points to Hp fuel app
Asked to reverse but they hesitated since it’s a product feature they need high end approvals

Why is it reflecting in CC statement then?

As per the small letters redemption made on 10th Oct 2022 , 12th Oct 2022 and 15th Oct 2022.

Call cust care I mean option 2 in ivr and raise it
My charges appeared in savings account not in cc
For cc they may reverse but for sb account they didn’t
