My dad has a icici bank rubyx cc since 2014. It has a limit of 5L but limit hasn’t increased since a few years, inspite of having a good amount of transactions done through that cc. I have tried c2c method as well as spoken to customer care executive but have no chance for LE.
Plz can anyone suggest me how can I increase the limit and also opt for sapphiro cc LTF as upgrade.
(P.S :- he doesn’t have any savings acc with icici bank)
