I've noticed that in both my ICICI Platinum/Coral and Amazon Pay credit card's PDF statements, the available cash limit has always showed zero instead of the actual available balance.
However, the netbanking portal always shows the correct available cash limit.
Talked to the customer care, and as expectable — no helpful answer.
Anybody else experiencing the same problem?
