Try checking in debit card section in app if it shows anything to apply else customer care is the way...

The expression debit card anual charges 499plus gst so I want less charges debit card

Card issuing is Free but annual Rs150+GST like any other normal debit cards.

Annually also save Rs1200 using Amazon add money offer.

Toady I contact customercare and I told to issue the rupay they take the request and block my old debit card and they told the new card delivered in 7 days and 177rs anual charges

No other card which is first year free and 150 every year gives airport lounge access even outside india as confirmed by rupay team. Moreover it is cheaper than hdfc and Axis rupay platinum variants
