The customer care experience from ICICI is going downhill so fast, I called and nobody knew what the free cancellation feature is and the calls were randomly being dropped. This is after I have a wealth account, once the CC lady even laughed that why would the bank waive of the cancellation charges! After spending 1.5 hours+ and making 9 calls, I still do not know the process, just the above details. That too in limited detail: if I have a 14k flight and ishop team is asking for a 5.8k cancellation fee, would I get 5800 from ICICI or 12k, or some other fees will be deducted?
Anyone who has used this feature, please help out.
