Icici emi cancellation milestone

Does the cancelled emi transactions considered part of milestones for icici cards? I know that any of the emi transactions are excluded from milestone calculations. However, if we cancel the emi then will it form part of the milestones?

Ye depends kerta hai, emi kab cancel keewaya gaya hai, ager suru me hi cancel ho gaya to count nahi hoga, ager apne kuch mahine bhi use kiya hai to wo count ho jayega.
