What is the criteria or tips to convert expression CC to other LTF CC?

no direct impact if u see the link between two (only relation is shared limit)
apay is administered mostly by amazon for rewards and all whereas expression by icici so no issues
Only flag for Apay is max in an year 8lac spends if anyone cross it then they wont pay rewards stating that commercial use

I was trying to get a LTF card using expression card route. Raised request for closure. No one called till now. its almost 4 days and today I can see they reversed the fee. Is it the first step for auto closure 😀 ?

Confirm with customer care. I also requested to get LTF. They closed my Expression card and issued Platinum card. Also they reserved joining fee paid for expression card.

CAlled customer care, they said req is still open and will get a call. But today I can see in imobile that card is closed and removed from there 😀 looks like need to repeat the process after some time.

how old is ur expression card ,i had applied on 15th nov and i can see my card in imobile ,so should I call now to customer care for ltf or wait for card to arrive

CAlled customer care, they said req is still open and will get a call. But today I can see in imobile that card is closed and removed from there 😀 looks like need to repeat the process after some time.

they also said the same thing to me. never received any call. had to call customer card to get the fee reversal and card upgrade. Better call them tomorrow and ask them to upgrade the card.

my card was 2 months old. you can try but I don't think they'll entertain the request because it's too soon.

If you want to try this month then atleast first pay the joining fee, so that you have reason to close this card and also you can get joining fee reversal.

I received it couple of days back. Will give a call again and see if they can process platinum

After the expression card closure, I called customer care and they denied coral. Then send an email to customer.care@ and they said you can apply from website 😀
Then send a message in twitter. After this got a call from them asking to share payslips. Today again got a call and confirmed they can process rubyx ltf 🤞
