Hi All,

I have following cards.
ICICI Coral Rupay Credit Card (LTF)
ICICI Coral Visa Credit Card (LTF)

I am getting an option for upgrade in ICICI bank to MMT Signature Credit Card (With 2500 as joining fee, zero annual fee). I generally book 3-4 air tickets from MMT in a year. (Around 25k). Should I upgrade or wait for Rubyx or saphiro as I have salary account in ICICI? I have heard that MMT Black membership will be cancelled if spend is less than 30k in a year on MMT.

If you are regular user of mmt then you can take it if you are fine with one time joining fees of 2500 + Gst.

MMT Black membership is worth it but you need to spend atleast 50k in last 12 months to retain it.

If you can spend that much every year, then it's worth it, otherwise you can avoid this card.

I seek advice on whether to accept a pre-approved offer for the ICICI MMT Signature Credit Card. I currently possess three credit cards: Diners Black, ICICI Sapphiro, and PNB RuPay Select. The offer requires a one-time joining fee of Rs 2500 plus GST, but the annual fee is nil.

I would appreciate your input on whether the benefits and features of this new card warrant the joining fee and would complement my existing credit card portfolio.

It's not worth the joining fee. You get 3% extra discount on flights on Monday compared to other ICICI cards. So you'll recoup the joining fee mostly through that only. You also get 1500 MMT Cash valid for a year. If you have other good cards for booking flights, this isn't worth it.
