How to cancel this, no option but contact support.
edit: found it, there is a clever marketing and UI gimmicks placed here. By default we get 'contact support' option because that is highlighted with big button to click.
But there is 'click here' in the middle of text in that page like this comment has that word, which takes you another page there also highlighted buttons are 'remind me later' and 'contact support' but just like earlier a small 'click here' which takes another screen that send otp to mobile. Done.
Read my post carefully. I never said we could stack. I just said if the offer is active even after 3 months, we could get 3 more months after the current subscription expiry.
My review of the app. I have been using it monthly subscription and last month got an offer for 1700 for 12 months subscription. I use it effectively for most of their apps. It's good app but when any famous movie or show is released then u can face difficulty in opening the video. Keeps giving some error and retry which doesn't work atleast for 2-3 hrs.

for me, just now used this as part of this offer and my observations..
- Some random movies (kind of 7+ years ago), not working. Just Unexpected error.
- JioCinemas need separate login to access its content.
- For some OTTs it seems they're using common account on shared basis because observed 'number of devices reached' and found login details of someone else in profile for that OTTs.
and these OTTs also like JioCinema, need separate app.
- SonyLiv works without any its app.
- UI not good to filter based on language and/or OTT, often gives mixed results.
