Is the cashback applicable on paytm wallet reloads?

• The offer is not valid with a wallet upload, ATM cash withdrawals, insurance or Mutual Fund payments or tax payments.
• “Purchase" shall mean such a purchase, which has been made by the Debit Card Holder/s by using the ICICI Bank Debit Card on any E-commerce site/ online/ offline merchant/ retail payment gateway, by entering card details during the Offer Period. So I presume Amazon wallet load via Uber will do qualify

I think 8% reward rate is fine, if amazon gift vouchers via amazon are part of it. As far as i know buying gv through amazon counts as a e-commerce purchase and not anything else
