Icici sapphiro has lounge access without minimum spend criteria?

I just got issued with icici sapphiro dual with pp in kit. I can't find for sure if international and domestic lounge access without any spend criteria?

ok I registered on dreamfolks website today using dreamfolks card that came with icici sapphiro.
I see it says
Global Lounge (Default All)
2 access per year -
2 Left


I think there is no spend criteria.

Global access is not spending linked...i used priority pass of primary and add on card member outside india
