ICICI SAPPHIRO LTF ISSUE

Hi TFC, members I am currently in a situation that I've applied for sapphiro LTF during that campaign offer(not via tha institute code link it was a general link without institute code) so the thing is i took screenshot of both the nil fees offer page and eligible offer page and then the cc executive called me up and said no you're not eligible bla bla so i hung up the call and later what i did is i sent the screenshots to mail on icici customer care and head of credit cards on 26 jun meanwhile once they said i am eligible on basis screenshot but they are not processing the request they are saying we need more time and everytime they give a new date till then they will reply again that we need more time so do i put pressure on them or escalate it even further as in the official mail they have said this "
We write with reference to your concern regarding your ICICI Bank Credit Card.
We would like to inform you that and as per the revert received from concerned team, LTF Sapphiro card is eligible basis on screen shot."
Now how to put pressure on them to give me as they themselves have said i am eligible and I am eligible means irrespective of other conditions i am eligible right my monthly salary is 25-27k(they don't know this and i am assuming because i haven't mentioned any details to them on mail but the same i filled in campaign) and if they reject the request shall i escalate it to RBI OMBUDSMAN?
I Know they are taking lot of time and it's not worth sapphiro but the thing is when this close why give up and if LTF then it's good for other offers and deals.

I am kind of in the same boat.
I had a pre-approved offer for upgrading my platinum card to Emeralde. I had emailed them to make it LTF. On response, they email me to connect on Phone. I called their card team, and the representative told me that yes, Emeralde is showing LTF for me whereas other cards like Sapphiro is showing paid. When he was applying from his end, the call got disconnected. I know he didn't disconnect the call because that day all of my calls to ICCI were disconnecting on every 3 mins. but he has told me I can apply from anywhere and this would be ltf for me.
Now I don't know from where should I apply. If I call them now they say it can be given but on paid basis, I escalated this to headofcards and headquality with call recordings, but they do not respond to my emails. I want to escalate this further but no-one responds and now I don't know their md-desk email address.
