HDFC and AU bank are charging 1% plus taxes from 2nd transaction in a month. Kotak White and White Reserve has no charges. Rest all taking charges.

Yes. I pay rent using Millenia only. Rent pay is also counted for annual spend threshold as per CC but not counted for rewards.

Flat 1%+Taxes.
No reward points doesn't offsets rental charges, you will end up paying extra

I think there is no limit, first rent payment (only one rental transaction/month)
