ICICI Verification Process

Hello,
I had applied for plaintinum card online, it was processed as C2C, Vkyc was done and later got a verification call asking all kind things nearest railway station to your place and all. My question is will there be any physical verification? As I want to avoid that? And if yes will they call or just show up to my work or home?

Why do you want to avoid that if you are staying/working at the address provided with the application?

Not sure about ICICI but for some others it does happen.
Usually the verification process is done by 3rd party.
A physical verification would be done at your work place or home.
They usually reach near your work location and then call you to check whether you are there or not. If you say no, then a home verification would be done. They would reach near your home and then probably call you. There are usually 3 attempts made to do the physical verification. If all the attempts fail, then it's the bank's discretion.
