I want to upgrade my family members savings account to wealth. I already hold wealth account and it is useful to avoid debit card expenses and quick connect to customer care.

What is the minimum amount they need to keep before going to bank and asking for upgrade?
Ans: 5 to 10 Lakhs.
Will branch do the upgrade or can it be done through phone banking?
Ans: Need to go to branch
Is there a family member option like HDFC? Can I add family members based on my wealth account?
Ans: No. Each family member can contribute what is possible (say 1 lakh each) and we can negotiate it with the RM.
