Id!ot Utkarsh bank reported FD Supercard as unsecured card and on complaint they denied to correct that what to do now?

i am using FD backed credit card from Super money app but they reported the same as unsecured CC to CIBIL and Experian, when i raised dispute through Experian to change the account type to Secured Credit card from unsecured they refused to correct it, what a stup!d bunch of people they are , my purpose for FD backed card was to have credit mix and they just defeated it ,i am very disappointed, now what can i do ?

Same here. My card is also showing as an unsecured card in my CIBIL and Experian reports. My main reason for getting this card was to have a secured card that could help improve my credit score, but I don’t see any benefit as of now. I am even considering filing a complaint with the RBI.

It's beneficial for new users generating CIBIL.

Generally the secured card gets 10-20 points less than unsecured one.
