Ideal payment gateway that accepts health insurance premium with AMEX

I need to make a health insurance payment of Ergo using AMEX., Ergo website doesnt accept

Most payment gateways dont have AMEX. Phone pay has but charges are high . Any idea which gateways can be tried

Try to see if you can renew via PolicyBazaar. Their Gateway accepts Amazon Pay and AMEX
