IDFC Application showing wrong card

I was applying for an IDFC credit card where I was given multiple options, and I chose Mayura as it was with no income documents. I was at the office address page when I accidentally refreshed the page.

Now I do understand that it is my fault but when I go to resume the application, the only option I get is the First Millennia credit card. Initially I was given like 5 cards as options and now it is just 1.

I have already emailed IDFC about this, but I just get calls saying my application is incomplete and that I should complete it. How do I correct this as I do not want First Millennia? Do I need to cancel the application and try again or will IDFC fix their thing so that I get the correct card back. I was also screen recording while applying so I have adequate proof of being offered Mayura and the proof of my mistake. If I cancel the application, can I apply again immediately or do I need to wait 6 months?
 
Idfc won't fix anything from their end.. there are two things you can do here - email them at banker@idfcfirst.com (pls verify in Google once whats the correct email address) and provide them with your mobile number and pan so they can delete the application from backend. I have tried this almost 3-5 times and was finally successfull on my 6th try after a couple of back and forth emails with them. Luckily the person who contacted me 6th time was much more knowledgeable.

Or you can apply from another number.. that will get you a fresh application.. later once u get the card, you can change the mobile number again back to primary number.

For 3 months I am showing first earn and first wow as the only eligible cards. Already holding wow card for >1 year, and cibil age more then 2 years.
