IDFC bank credit card reward point redeem at offline store is possible?

Hi,

I would like to know below things:

1. Shall we redeem IDFC bank credit card reward points at any store?
2. IDFC bank not allow to redeem more than Rs.5000 amazon pay voucher at a single transaction so Rs.99+gst applicable everytime if in single day I redeem multiple times?
3. Any way to redeem multiple vouchers in single transaction?

I myself not tried. But one of the pos, had option to pay via points for some card. So I guess IDFC too will have.
