I received the mail from idfc before diwali -offer says 10000 rp for 75k spend. I activated the offer on same day and achieved the target before the timeline. Rp is supposed to credit on dec15th, but not credited. customer support says i have not activated the offer so i am not eligible. Mailed idfc grievance redressal last week but no response yet. any help on how to get my points?
