You can't, it was there earlier now it is removed.
You can call customer care but there is no point now.

Getting error on redemption " points redemption failed, Please try again later."

did you get any solution. even i am facing same error while redemption.

i have asked with customer care, they told there is a restriction in rewards and i have to visit branch to resolve it.

I visited branch but they are clueless and asked to contact customer care.

NO on can help even bank manager they just wanna recover lost money from customer even if u done legit spent.

Now IDFC has started even a bigger scam. Any transactiion cancelled is having penalty. My intial rewards were -300 and merchant cancelled a 10grm Gold Coin order on Amazon and now they debited more points than credited ( Credited 12000K and reversed 15k poitns)

Please watch out, I spoke to one more person who faced similar issue. They reverse more than what they provide be very careful of IDFC debit card.
