Just received a message saying dear customer a new two wheeler loan idxxxxx was approved. Following which I have received a CIBIl enquiry message.

I was never a customer of IDFC first bank nor have ever applied for their products.

Better solutions to do?

Call their customer care or loan department and verify the credentials of messages you have got...
