IDFC Vistara application help

I applied for IDFC Vistara on 28th August. The application is approved but till date the card is not generated. I even called CC but have not received any response on the card generation??
Have they stopped issuing Vistara co branded cards??

Yes all banks have been directed to stop sourcing new Vistara cards, Indusind had stopped it a coupe of months ago.

AFAIK they will stop issuing cards after 30th September

I applied today and within 2mins, 7 clicks i was able to use my card. FYI, I already have another CC with IDFC and a SA + CA with them.

Did you check in their app if card is visible?

Card is not visible in app. I have SA + Add on card.

CC has assured for resolution before 12th Sept. I'll escalate to PNO on 13th Sept.

IDFC closing issuance 12th Sept. So I think you need to escalateright now.

I applied it on 22nd Sept and got the card on 24th Sept. They are still taking applications.
