IDFC Wealth debit card international lounge

I am having IDFC wealth debit card and intrenational lounge is eligible for IDFC Wealth debit card. I am going to Malaysia and planning to use the welath debit card for free lounge. My queustion is whether i will be charged in international lounge and money will be reverted by IDFC afterwards or no money will be charged at International lounge.

I used it 1 year ago. They charged some dollar 27/35 and got refunded in 2 weeks
