IDFC Wow query: repayment to withdraw more cash

Hi all!

Had a query about the idfc wow card. I am looking to get it for withdrawal from foreign ATMs, but at the same time I don't want to lock too much of my cash in an FD. So I was thinking of doing something like:

1. Create an FD for ~31k
2.Withdraw 30k at an atm.
3. Deposit 30k towards upcoming bill at the same time through UPI or whaterver
4. Withdraw 30k later during the trip if needed.

Is this possible or could I be missing something?

Asked customer support. Basically, your monthly limit is your FD. Making early payment won't reset it
