I'm trying to get the SBI Cashback Card from the September 2022, I already hold an SBI Simply Click card then , but everytime when trying to apply on the Sprint channel, after giving name and OTP verification of mobile number the only page is coming,
" Thank you for applying, we will need additional information from you, Our executive will contact you shortly." .but nothing happened.
Tried contacting with branches, and got an update, that an extra credit card already generated on my name, Which I haven't received from January 2022.
They advised me to close all the Card accounts on my name asking customer care.
I have done that and received NOC regarding this.
Then Recently I have tried for the Cashback Card apply process again, this time I was able to go through the application process, and after Digilocker kyc verification, the application declined, stating Internal policy.
I am having good credit score and already holding 9 credit cards from multiple banks.
It's really annoying from SBI Credit card.Can anyone help me on my case?
