Infinia Imagine Tressor via Smartbuy order cancellation

Hi,

I placed an order for an iPad Pro 11-inch 2024 on Imagine Tressor via Smartbuy and later realised that I've already used the 10K limit of accelerated points on my Infinia for this month.

I wanted to cancel my order but didn't find that option. Moreover, I researched cancellations on Imagine via Smartbuy and saw this:





Does this mean orders placed through the Pine Labs payment gateway can never be cancelled?
