Impact on CIBIL for not Renewing Card

Hi guys, I have two questions:

1. Will my CIBIL score take a hit if I do not renew my Vistara Prime anymore?
2. Should I advise customer care before the bill gets generated that I do not want to renew the card anymore?

1. If it's your 1st credit then CIBIL will be affected otherwise it doesn't matter
2. You should connect with customer care otherwise they will send you new card
