Change in Reward Points Value

From 15th December 2024, the value of non-cash redemption (excluding airmiles) will be 1 RP = Rs.0.60

Fee on Education Payments
w.e.f January 2025 statements
Cumulative Education Payment transactions made through third-party websites and applications including (but not limited to) PhonePe, Paytm, No Broker, Easemydeal, Super Pe, Locon Cred for transactions up to ₹45,000 in a statement cycle will not attract any fee.
However, if your spends on education exceeds ₹45,000 in a statement cycle, only on third-party website as mentioned above, a 1% Fee + GST will be levied on the cumulative spends for that statement cycle.

Milestone Benefit - Bonus Reward Points
With effect from 15th Dec 2024, your milestone spend slab has been reduced
to ₹5 Lakhs, on achieving ₹5 Lakhs in an anniversary year,
you will earn 3000 Bonus Reward Points.
 
I have had the DCB LTF for ALMOST 5 years (in Jan 025) and I do not use it much so I am happy as long as I have unlimited Lounges worldwide. Its the best feature for me. No extra crds to carry. Swipe it anywhere directly
 
That isn't close to add bad as what many other cards have done.

I think the cards they devalued the most is DCB, mostly from how much you can earn, not directly in terms of point value.
True.
If they charge 12k fees and keep fiddling with rewards twice a year, many people will not even want to take it. Many of those who have taken might go looking elsewhere and find another card.
