Income from REITs

All,

Anybody know how to include income from REITs in ITR form?

I am guessing it should be in schedule PTI. But even there I have few problems:
1. That section has two sub sections 115UA and 115UB. An I dont know where to fill. My form Form 26AS shows it in sec 194LBA.
2. My form 26AS and AIS show TAN of the trust but the ITR form is asking for PAN and not accepting the values I provide.

Can you please help?

btw is it included under Other Incomes or Other incomes with exemption ?
