'increase limit' option in HDFC app for DCB

I have a dcb. in the mobile app on Android, when I click on card details, then in front of the current limit, I can see an 'increase limit' blue link.
upon clicking the link, it shows a popup that if I confirm, I will receive a call from their team to know more about my request. I clicked cancel for now.

my question is: is this a targeted offer for me, or is the link always present in the app for everyone? I don't remember seeing this earlier.

I don't need this credit limit increase as such, but if they are giving it to me for free without doing any cibil enquiries then I am fine to take it.

Hi.. that Blue link by default feature for everyone... They will increase the limit based on ur spending ....no need to worry about cibil

It's a temptation to click on, and as soon as you do, you'll start getting calls from their sales team "hello sir HDFC bank cheppu, personal loan requirement?"

My mom never clicked anything she got got CL upgrade last week 😛

Thats a generic placeholder. Apply from internet banking if its available.

true...the popup after I clicked the link also stated that it will assume that I have consented for marketing calls.
