My indian bank was closed due to inactivity and when I tried to reactivate they asked me to pay 100rs and I provided aadhar otp n finger print verification was also done
They said after 5 days it will be active n when I visited after 5 days they said dob mismatch n it will take more time n asked to update nominee..
I updated and again went after 2 weeks to find they did not do any updates. They asked 1 more week time.
How to escalate and can I complain to rbi?
