I've been unable to see my 6E rewards in my account for a month now and when I contact Indigo Cusomter care nobody seems to have a clue.
There is supposedly a dedicated team for 6e rewards issue and they apparently are perenially busy. Been contact them at the rate of twice a week and they keep taking a request for a callback from that team but it has never materialised.
They even transferred me to the new Bluchip team who, also, do not have a clue about 6E rewards because only a PhD scholar could resolve such issues I guess.
This has caused me to spend over 21000 in the past 2 weeks booking full revenue tickets which is such a waste of money.
Did anyone else face this issue recently?
