IndiGo Resumes Direct Flights from Kolkata & Delhi to China from 26 October 2025

IndiGo has officially announced the resumption of direct flights from India to mainland China starting 26th October 2025.

• Daily flights from Kolkata → Guangzhou (CAN)
• Daily flights from Delhi → Guangzhou (CAN)

This move will not only improve tourism but also strengthen business partnerships and people-to-people connectivity between the world’s second and fourth largest economies. 🌏

IndiGo will be operating these routes using its Airbus A320neo fleet, and tickets go live from 3rd October 2025 via their website/app.



My take: Direct Kolkata–China connectivity is a big plus — especially for travelers from Eastern India. Hopefully, this helps revive tourism and boosts trade opportunities too.
