Dear Indusind Bank Customer Service,

I trust this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recent occurrence concerning Issuance Fee on my Titanium Delights Debit Card.

I opened Indus Delite - Zero Balance Savings Account on 23-Oct-2024 through Online. I am getting a Titanium Delights Debit Card.
I got the banner while applying that special offer of Reversal of Issuance Fee of ₹499/- (Rupees Four Hundred Ninety Nine Only) charged for the first year of issuance.
Minimum Spends of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) on Debit Card within first 3 (three) months of its issuance OR Maintain Average Monthly Balance of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in the Account linked to the Debit Card for first 3 (three) months of issuance of Debit Card.

I completed my spending criteria. So I request you to reverse the Issuance Fee on my Titanium Delights Debit Card.

Firstly , the offer banner showing the dead line Upto March 2024
But, You got the refund for issuance charge after opening account in October, 2024.
Conclusion, the may be still valid and we may use it for our annual charge reversal .
Just, Need to send mail to nodal officer , ( may or may not work)

My mother opened indusind delight account in December 2024,and she already spend more than 30k using debit card. Can she get refund of debit card joining charges 589 after 3 months or not?

I'm sure you will get it, but in my case I had to send an email. However I received this refund.

Yes, it does count. You will get your fee back on the last day of the fourth month of account opening.

Last year I opened delight account on March 2024, got refund of debit card charges of 588 on 3rd July 2024 as i spend more than 25k between April to june 2024.

This year on 23rd March 2025 today, they have charged 588 for indusind delight debit card annual charges..
Can anyone one get refund of debit card charges of aniversary year❓❓❓❓❓

This os my second year onwards using indusind delight. I got first year debit card charges refund on july 2024
Anyone get aniversary debit card issuance charge refund?
