Indus Upgrade Agent Need Year of Birth For Verification

I got a call from an Indus agent to upgrade from Aura Edge to Legend but the agent was asking for Date of Year year of birth for verification. I feel it is a scam or can I share it with them?

When I upgraded my card through the Bank agent I was not asked for Birth date, but things might've changed. But anyway you can just write an email with your details to the bank and tell them you'd like to go ahead with the upgrade
The agent says she has no access to the email but she said she can call from Indus landline no. I got call from 8037475205. The agent says she has details of DOB but she needs year of birth to verify on call and cards gets dispatched in 7 days. I need to make 500 spend to activate it then its LTF. Does it sound legit?

If you really do have an offer the bank will upgrade your card either-way if you send them an email. But I think it's fine if they are just asking for your DOB.

But I am getting emails from Indus, Legend with one time fee of 4999 from past two months but on mobile app it shows LTF. Support team says if you upgrade from existing card there is always a one time fee. I shared mobile app screenshot of Legend LTF then they replied then it might be LTF for you.
