While opening account I wanted to use ( gurgaon) address in bank account but due to old CiF my old permanent address was automatically choosen as communication address from bank
RM said that too

Now my query is
How to change my communication address.

1- app - Askin for address proof to be uploaded .
Should I just upload my aadhar without the same address I want to change to ..or aadhar address should match with what I want to change into.
( Doesn't indusind change address like kotak do ?)

2- branch through Biometric - rm said to come to branch.( Any experience)
Will there be no requirement of address proof..

I emailed priority.care@indusind.com regarding credit card address update and they responded with the necessary information attached. The process was straightforward, and my address was updated in the app within 3-4 days.

I sent them email & got reply that Aadhar card is not eligible & I don't have Voter/Driving/Passport. Not sure how to get the address changed. Even their phone support told me that they don't allow Aadhar card for address change.

One of those 3 is a must.
They don't accept only Aadhaar.

Luckily for us, we have all those and even many more when we got our CC addresses changed recently.

Just email/submit what they need n wait for 3-4 days max. That's it.
