Indusind Bank Debited my account 4 times for same Credit Card Bill

My 1st IIB CC bill was issued last month.....I setup auto debit facility before bill generayion.....They deducted the bill amount on date of bill generation but still the amount was shown as amount due...To avoid any penalty, i again paid the amount manually 2 days before the due date. However, today was due date and IIB charged my savings account two more times....In total, i paid 4 times the same bill amount i.e. 3 times automatically and once by me

I raised a complaint will IIB for refund, will update once i receive the update...If they will not refund then will approach RBI banking ombudsman.

Is the payment reflecting in the app transactions?

You may raise a request for refund to your savings account so you get back those extra funds while you take action against this issue.

You may raise a request for refund to your savings account so you get back those extra funds while you take action against this issue.

Only manual payment is reflecting in the account...Rest 3 payments are not visible in the transactions.
