Indusind bank not enabling contactless payment

Recently opened delite savings account with them, which again was pain in my ass, i tried to enable contactless payment for delite debit card but both the app and Netbanking didn't work, so wrote an email to them and this is their reply:-

The card clearly has nfc symbol on it, even the website says the card support contactless payments. Moreover, i first mistakenly enabled contactless payment on my virtual debit card! Both the app and Netbanking is a mess here.

Indus delight cards don't card contactless feature. Many indus cards lacks this feature.

Could you link it to Google pay and use it from there? (Needs NFC on your phone)

only my watch supports nfc but now google doesnt support nfc via watch 😕
