IndusInd Bank prints wrong Branch details and IFSC on Cheques

I have a very weird situation.

I ordered a chequebook off the IndusInd Indie app and the bank sent me one. But, wrong Branch, IFSC and Branch address were printed on all cheques. I live in Bangalore and I have never even heard of Avinashi let alone open an account at any branch there.

So I ordered another chequebook and this time, thankfully, they sent a correct one with Bangalore branch details printed.



Now, my questions are:

1. Can I still use those Avinashi branch cheques? Are they valid?
2. If the cheques are invalid, if there a way to report this comical typo? Email to customer care has been useless.
3. Can I get replacement cheques free of charge and/or demand compensation for the hassle?

If past cheque book, cheques invalid, then you can demand Compensation
