IndusInd Bank Relationship Manager Assignment

Just now i received an SMS from IndusInd Bank that I've been assigned a relationship manager. I don't want a relationship manager, as they haven't been able to provide me with pre-approved credit card, and I don't have a high income to entertain them for other offers.

Why did IndusInd Bank assign me a relationship manager for my Megastar variant account, even though I don't maintain a high balance? Do other Megastar account holders also receive relationship manager services?

Yes, all megastar customers are assigned an RM

I don't think they'll entertain bcz I asked once with my RM and he told that Indie is a separate entity of Indusind and Indie is currently not launching any credit card.

Useless bank their customers support is also very bad always busy never pick call in 1time have to wait for 5min then call will automatically got disconnected. I got zero balance account otherwise indusind was worst bank for customer support from my experience.
