IndusInd Bank Started Migration for Old Customers (Indus Mobile) to INDIE App

Installed Indie. Also created the SB account. But it is not showing my 2 IndusInd credit cards, and though I have been their CC user for more than 5 years, its asking for VKYC.

After 31.MAR.2025, the old app will not work.
So says their email I got yesterday.

Only-CC-customers like me are being forced to open a SB account when tried using the new App.
Left half way.

Similar experience for non individual customers. The app doesn’t allow to proceed with the non-individual PAN, no idea how they’ll discontinue the current app by 31st with such poor execution

Indusind cards will go on a month-long summer holiday, if IndusInd is going to force us to compulsorily open their SB accounts.

Received an email about the new INDIE app. Installed and started registration. It identified I am existing customer and able to see all my credit cards and select savings account after aadhar otp verification. (debit card is another option).

No extra features that I noticed of. New look and feel. Able to see all my credit and debit cards. Much easier to view details in this app.

Shifted to Indie app today. Smooth installation. Autheticated by debit card. Showing both select savings account ,debit card and credit card. Showing all deposits also. So far so good.

For the joint account of my wife, i installed Indie app and it says " Complete KYC process by visiting your nearest branch". However i could see all the features and balance of my savings account. This account was opened offline with full KYC submitting aadhar. Indusind is Indusind only

1.after indie app login, does both indusind bank old app and new indie app simultaneously works ??

2. so to login indie app now creating new indie savings account is mandatory ????
I never seen forcing customers like this

My old indusmobile app is still working I have both installed.

No you don't need to open indie savings account, I don't know about other but It didn't ask me for opening a savings account.

Most probably they are forcing account opening now when I first installed it, it asked for my card number.

Don't worry. If you input pan number, it will bring old account details

Today, surprisingly, Indie App had allowed ONLY-CC-CUSTOMERS, like us, to login n view CC details.

Till yesterday, it was forcing us to open a SB account - which we resisted n hence dropped out midway.

Good to see this new development.

Now, that old App was uninstalled.
